One of my favorite projects. What began as a request for a Halloween prop evolved in to the creation of a "what if", a real world zombie shelter sign.
There was a bit of research involved in this project to make it as accurate as possible even though it is a work of fiction. I examined actual fallout shelter signage along with biohazard and medical warnings to develop a sign that I felt would exist in the real world if a zombie apocalypse actually happened. During research into existing shelter signs, I noticed most were decayed or faded from having been in place for years. Details like this are what brings realism to this project.
